You should begin wearing your Tauts as soon as you feel comfortable after delivery For best results, wear your Tauts as snugly as possible night and day for 40 days! Of course, feel free to remove for bathing! As always, it’s best to consult your doctor if you have concerns. top How do I wash it? You should hand wash your Tauts and lay flat to dry. A $5.00 charge will be added to your account for FedEx ground shipping to the lower US for the replacement package. 	What method do you use for shipping? We use Fedex. Your choices for USA are ground, 2-day or overnight. Your package will be shipped within 24 hours, unless otherwise notified. Please note there will be an additional charge for Saturday delivery. International customers must choose international ground shipping or international priority shipping. The cost for international priority shipping will be determined at the time the label is created. You will be notified by email of the fee for priority international shipping before we ship your package. Any delay in your email response will cause a delay shipping your package.
